For decades, a group of corporations - Hayden Hill, Hunter Creek, Inspiration Lead, King of Pine, and Silverore - were wholly managed and controlled by Burton Warner Onstine. These companies were once publicly traded on the now-closed Spokane Stock Exchange. Over time, the businesses became dormant. They ceased operations, stopped holding shareholder meetings, and fell out of regulatory compliance.
Mr. Onstine was later declared incapacitated by the Oregon Circuit Court and a professional fiduciary was appointed to manage his affairs. Since then, Mr. Onstine has passed away, leaving these corporations without active management, employees, or a clear chain of authority.
Today, although these companies have no ongoing operations, they still hold assets, including investment accounts, mining claims, and parcels of real estate. To ensure fair handling of these remaining assets, the court has initiated a receivership process to wind down, dissolve the entities, and—if possible—return value to verified shareholders and creditors.
Because shareholder records are outdated or missing, this website has been created as part of the effort to locate and connect with anyone who may have a valid interest in these corporations.

Public Notice and Solicitation of Interest for Certain Mining Claims
Resolve Financial Group, Inc., has been appointed as Receiver and instructed by the court to liquidate the assets of six mining companies previously controlled by Burton Onstine.
Luke O’Dowd with the law firm Lyons O’Dowd, has prepared a portfolio of mining claims currently being offered for sale through the Receivership.
